What we collect

Only what you type into a form here. The property, your name and role, a phone number or email, and whatever you write in the message box. We also record which page you sent it from and when, so we know where a request came from.

What we do with it

We use it to find you a licensed installer and to contact you about your request, and we pass it to that installer so they can call you. We do not sell your details, and we do not hand them to a list of contractors who will all ring your phone.

How we contact you

By the phone number or email you gave us, about the request you sent. That can be a call, a text or an email, and it may be placed with an automatic dialing system. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply.

Making us stop

Just ask and we stop. Reply STOP to a text, say so on the phone, or use the contact page. We write it down so the instruction sticks.

What runs on this site

No analytics, no ad pixels, no third-party scripts, no tracking cookies. Every font, style and script comes from this site. Your browser is never asked to talk to anybody else while you read.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working your request, and a reasonable while after for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
